Processing & Shipping Times

- Shipping times vary based on the supplier, destination, and shipping method. Estimated delivery times generally range from:
- Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 5-14 business days
- We do our best to provide estimated shipping times, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier processing times, carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Tracking & Order Updates
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
- Some items may arrive separately, as we work with multiple suppliers.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, Azalea Landing is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If the package is still missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
- Stolen Packages: Azalea Landing is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
- Delays: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions are beyond our control.
- Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations
